Qalibaf appoints Dehqan as his campaign chief

TEHRAN – Tehran Mayor Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, who is racing for the presidential post, has made MP Mohammad Dehqan the director of his election campaign.

The announcement was made by Mehdi Zakeri, Qalibaf’s representative in the committee for presidential campaigns, in an interview with Tasnim news agency.

This year it is Qalibaf’s third attempt to become president. He was a candidate in the years 2005 and 2013 as well.
